Arrival Time
Thai Essence kindly asks that you arrive, freshly showered, 5mins before your treatment is scheduled to begin, to ensure our therapists are able to start your appointment at the allotted time.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Thai Essence has a booking policy designed to protect not only our business' bottom line and in turn affordability but also to keep things fair for all clients. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business therefore a 50% deposit is required to secure bookings.
Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
If you are unable to give us 24hrs notice of cancellation, you will forfeit your deposit. We understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking. If that happens we respectfully ask for 24hrs notice, allowing us enough time to offer that session to another client.
In the event of a missed appointment, no further appointments will be available unless they are pre-paid in full. This pre-payment is not eligible for an on the spot HICAPS rebate.
